The new buildings take inspiration from the residential building constructed in 2016 but develop their own distinct identity through varying details and color schemes.

The facades are designed as classic punctuated facades with French windows, whose symmetrical structure aligns with the specified urban planning requirements. At the same time, the choice of colors—despite the overall uniformity of the buildings—creates significant variety and a unique address for each structure.

Access to the buildings is provided via separate entrances, which emphasize the individuality of each house. The buildings are connected by a shared basement level, which houses technical and storage rooms as well as an underground parking garage. The access to the garage is provided via an existing ramp, minimizing land sealing.

Two of the buildings feature two ground-floor apartments, each measuring 110 m², which enjoy direct access to the garden via a terrace. The upper floors accommodate two spacious penthouse maisonette apartments with a living area of 160 m² each. The living spaces in the attic floor are characterized by expansive window fronts and large rooftop terraces, offering impressive panoramic views of the city and the surrounding greenery.

The third building also contains two 110 m² apartments on the ground floor, while the upper and attic floors house a generous owner's apartment spanning both levels. Here too, the attic-level living spaces are distinguished by expansive glazing and a spacious rooftop terrace.
